absolutely superb work here, dead on likeness on each, I'm so very impressed
- but they don't transform :(
my optimus may not look as impressive, but he does transform! and he's
animated in my "The freak" film. (shameless plug - sorry)

I guess there's always a trade-off.
once again, I'm just so uber-stunned/impressed by your TF's... I suggest
posting the pics at a few TF boards, get some "wider" opinions from
"non-lego" people :)

| The transformation is a compromise, and even moreso with lego than with the toys, it makes the robot form suffer, aesthetically speaking. That's no disrespect for the transforming lego mecha that I've seen, they are quite good, and in the case of (...) (22 years ago, 16-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| Hi all. I've posted a preview picture of my 3 finished Transformer figures. You'll recognize Megatron of course, but he's had some refinements since you last saw him, including custom stickers and a black gun. Optimus and Starscream are new, I think (...) (22 years ago, 16-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha) !!
