I couldn't have plans for that unless I unbuilt it step by step and then, I am not sure I could rebuild it exactly the same! Try building it your own (...) Dude I must be goig blind, I didn't see this post at all! Sorry James! That's a nice bit of transformation! I have seen only one other cyclone for a minifig, but it didn't transform like this! I think the guy that did it is in Jon Palmer's LUG (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
