Hmm, I never thought that someone could build an Optimus Prime as nice as
that one but I do have to tell you about some slight errors in construction.
(After all, you said that comments were welcome, or something like that.)
The first problem is that, in comparison to the still picture from the
series, your Optimus has a slightly too small neck. Also, there are
overlapping pieces of his head which overlap a lot of his neck in the
picture and in your creation, that does not occur, I believe, at all in the
sculpture. The second complaint is that there should be some little bumps
on the rear of his legs that would correspond to the trailer that he hauled.
(It would also be nice if you built a corresponding trailer, complete with
all of the bells and whistles.) It is, for the most part, the most accurate
(and only) TransFormer (TM) that I have ever seen that was built out of LEGO
pieces. If this is only your second attempt at mecha, it is certainly not a
bad effort.
