So with that as a guage, I think 4ft. evan will probably be the final

Wow, better be careful not to snap Technic axles wile bowing!

Nawww dude, The main pivot bearing consists of two Technic Turntables. No
axles take any direct weight. I'll snaps some pix and add them to the Jama
BS Gallery Soon.

I was wondering how you were going to make that thing walk. The LEGO motors
need a lot of gearing down to move such loads so I reccon it'll be
painfully slow, right?

Yes, Slow but functional, put it like this, I start up the Jama in the
morning, it starts it's journey to my refrigerator. At about noon when I'm
done working on a tiny portion of the Super Mech-Bot, Jama will be just
opening the door and getting a drink out. By dinner time here comes Jama
with my drink in hand.

Any chance of videos when it moves?

Definetly, I'll put stuff on Video Cassette or CD and send it to you.
As always I'll make some .mpeg's of small stuff and put it on my Web Site.

Thanks! (Still reeling from your Synchro Drive!!!)
