I was referring to the two Patlabor anime movies. In the beginnings of both of
the movies there is some awesome multiped mecha actions. The end of Patlabor 2
also has these great American built, quadruped (IIRC), "tanks" which use and
external powersupply, via cable. Obviously, they are defeated by cutting the
cables.

Sounds cool.  I'll have to look for it at Scarecrow Video.
Hey, I was curious.  Did you see the "Spider Platforms" in Project
Appleseed?  If not, I'd think you'd like them.  They're 80' tall walking
robotic gun platforms.
