Mark's is correct. And I specifically stated "Tactical" Nuclear Missiles, not
things like the "H-Bomb" and etc. And I was kidding when I said that it would
"light" the battlefield.
Anyways, don't you think that the missiles would be to the advantage of the
mecha, since it would launch a couple into the battlefield and thus cause not
only a *huge* explosion, but also radiation, meaning biological things, like
soldiers, wouldn't survive? Of course, since then it wouldn't have to deal with
any/all of them, and even if they were wearing radiation suits, they would be
dealt with the mecha's two huge spinning tri-cannons.
Also, just because I say "nuclear" doesn't mean uranium or plutonium - based
weapons, maybe in my universe human beings have discovered and even better
heavier element, that is superior to the later two. Maybe my new element can be
more altered, allowing for smaller explosions or bigger explosions, or other
effects.
And yes, the mecha of course would have shielding and advanced sensors, anyways
it would be *far*, *far* away from where these suckers land. ;-)
