Eric,hey,look... if you're going to leave, then leave. Don't keep replying to
this thread or making secondary or tertiary posts about leaving.
If you're going to stay, then stay. Keep posting and building and amazing
people with your abilities.
But, and I say this as a friend, you gotta lay off this melodramatic crap. This
is the kind of stuff that got me in trouble a few years ago here on Lugnet.
This is the kind of stuff that leads to the stereotyping of the death of Lugnet.
This is the kind of stuff that leads to people no longer posting replies to MOCs
on Lugnet, but instead relying on the 'highlight' button to voice their opinion.
My father taught me a very important lesson very early in life: the only
opinions that matter are the opinion you have of yourself and those who love
you. I know I've made a lot of enemies in the past, I've read the posts on
other forums. I've seen the dirty looks given me as I walk by certain
individuals at Brickfest. Just ignore the stuff people say about you, it just
doesn't matter. If you can't call them friend, why do their opinions matter to
you?
Sure, it's probably naive and idealogical, and I've forgotten to use it a few
times, but its' served me well when I have.
So if you're leaving, I'm sad to see you go, Eric. If you're staying, welcome
back. Just pick one side of the street and stay there, don't stand in the
middle long enough to get run over.

| I was forwarded this little gem from the mean spirited people that frequent jlug. This is far from the first time postings with my name have been brought to my attention. Even newbies have contacted me expressing disgust with the nature of the hate (...) (19 years ago, 7-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.mecha) !!
