It’s been almost a year since I built my last bipedal mecha! This time around however, I have finally succeeded in creating a posable mecha without those flimsy ball-joints. The result is surprising sturdy, and can accept a variety of attachments. In the future, I will definitely take the joint ideas I used for the “Centurion” and apply them onto larger mecha.

BTW the LDraw file for the “Prowler” was completed some time ago. Anyone that is interested can find it here.

Enjoy.

Hey Mladen! I’m always intrigued to see what’s coming next from you. And for this latest installment, I’m pretty torn. I like the exaggerated “bigs and littles” on this one, like the huge feet and itty bitty waist, and I really dig the forearms. And as always, you are the master of shmoove mecha.

What I don’t like is the color scheme. The brown and red seem to detract from each other on this moc. You get kudos for always going out on a limb with new color combos, but on this one I think that limb snapped. Just me.

Anyways, keep on building. I’m having serious mecha block right now and need ideas, man! :-)
