(...) That's Vayeate and Maguanac corps. I think that people build Gundams instead of the other Gundam universe MS's is the fact that Gundams *are* so flashy. Has anyone out there tried to build any of the non-Gundam mobile suits from the series such as the Leo, Taurus, Aries, Virgo, Mercurius, Vey 8, or some of the suits from the (am I spelling this right?) (...) Not sure what you mean by boat plates. Both gundams use only various angle plates stuck together for the outer armor. I've been developing technology for building large mecha (28 inches) with technic skeletons and gear driven joints over the last couple of months after messing around with Star Wars designs. That is possibly the coolest mech I've seen in a long time. It reminds me of ED-209 from Robocop, and I've always loved that design. I'm feeling inspired, I think I'll go and try to build my own mech along those desing lines. Thanks for the (...) (24 years ago, 24-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I made a small scale model of the Ultimte Weapon. It's on my website. I don't know of any other models of that weapon. After seeing your mecha, I've gotten this crazy idea of making a bigger version of the weapon. It's going to take some more (...) Ah, so '02' or the "Dark Marauder" as the M-tron Commandos refer to it makes an appearance at last! For those who viewed the LUGOLA pics of our meeting, this was the giant mecha sans legs that I was so enamored with. I can only hope and pray that (...) I spent all weekend figuring out how to upload to Brickshelf from home (reconfigure ISP, Update Mac OS to 8.6, find and upload Netscape...etc). I've finally uploaded two new pictures of my new mech. This is a cool idea. I'm 30 (31 on Nov 17th) and married to Karla. We have 2 daughters (5 and 2 weeks) and a yellow lab. I live in Los Angeles, Ca. Hi Dave. I really like the Yetrigar, with all the trans-green. Very cool. It reminds me of the Iron Giant when he changed into his "war" mode. Your other mecha are also very nice.
