At the risk of sounding like a windbag I’d like to take a few seconds to thank
(in no particular order) a bunch of people who inspire me to build mecha. I
didn’t thank anyone when I posted for “02” because I was doing the dramatic
story thing. I’d like to thank them now:

Mladen P.,
You are one of my biggest inspirations. Your Mirage is the backbone of the 02
mecha. Please come back soon. (I know you’re busy at school :-)  )
Pat J.,
I was blown away by the mecha animation this summer. I still play it once in a
while. The octagon fuselage made with click hinges on your four-legged tank is
the underlying structure of the horse body on 02. Also I’m taking it in a new
direction on “03”.
Jeremy S.,
Just all around a good guy. I’m always astonished by how much you can put into
such small models. Goobermechs...still some of my favorites! Where have you
been?
Karim N.,
Your site more than any other made me want to make mecha. Your website was one
of the first I found and I have never been disappointed. More than anything
thanks for the hands...though I have yet to figure out exactly how you attached
the minifig legs. :-)
Dave J.,
Talk about an exchange of ideas. We could become Lego philosophers I
think..talking until the break of dawn about the uses for different elements
(Dave and I have met IRL). Mostly Dave you expanded my mind to think of
elements I once looked over.
Mark S.,
What more can I type? So many great models so very quickly. Your Cylon Raider
brought tears to my eyes. You keep raising the bar over and over.
Dan J.,
A newcomer to Lugnet. Dan has come in with both guns (and a couple cannons)
blasting. Also Dan lives close to me so we’ve met IRL. You just keep taking
everything you do with Lego to the next level.
Ken T.,
The now infamous Ken-tucky...you single handedly blew the doors off space
several months ago. You were doing things with ABS I hadn’t dreamed possible.
Your models remind me of the line in T2 where the computer programer says “
that chip took us in directions we hadn’t even thought of...”
I’m not trying to start a back patting frenzy. I’m only posting to mecha to
try and keep this post as low key as possible. I feel that I am in all of your
debt and I couldn't post without at least a thanks. Lastly there are many
others (Todd A. for one) who keep me going but the list is getting long and
sounding like an award ceremony. Thanks for the ear.

Bryce McGlone
