Oh yes, I've done this many times. My most recent and most pleaseing was my
MTT. I picked it up and decide this is a pretty cool model but it needs a
little help. So I went about changing all the exterior tan to either dark grey
or brown. I changed a few other things too, but the part I like best is how i
modifyed the droid carrying racks to carry 18 battle droids. As many of you
know it only carries 6 droids. I am also pondering adding another row of 6 but
as far as I know the MTT's in the movie were 3 rows high right?
I hope to take some pictures of it sometime!

I think a key thing is to decide on a theme of interest, and work for a while in that theme, buying sets (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jul-00, to lugnet.build)
