Thanks. That definitly gives me some ideas. I am going to continue looking
for more though. I would like to build one that micro tie fighters could fit
in it's hanger bay.

At a guess, that ISD would be roughly the length of your bedroom.  You'd have
just as much luck building a minifig-scale NCC1701.

I'd have to agree... the SMALLEST microfig tie figher I can imagine (1x2 tile,
1x1 round plate, 1x2 plate w/ centered stud) is about 9.6mm wide. TIE fighters
are (roughly) 6 meters wide. The Executer (the super star destroyer) is about
8,000 meters long. This means that the model would be about 12.8 meters long
(about 42 feet, 7 inches). Maybe if you represent the TIE's as 1x1 round plates
you could fit the model in your room. It'd only be about 14 feet then.

A regular star destroyer would be about 8 feet, though (with the 9.6mm wide
TIE's)... only 3 feet wide when you use 1x1 round plates... So maybe that might
work if you have an insane amount of grey bricks. 3 feet isn't TOO much to ask,
I guess-- (but still way too big for MOST people's collections)

As for the Minifig scale Enterprise... That'd be about 22 feet long in minifig
scale (I'm going by the enterprise length as being 289 meters as stated at
http://www.datasys.com.mx/~chaco/ncc1701.htm and that 1 minifig scale foot is
about 7 milimeters) So, a minifig Enterprise would be somewhere inbetween a
microfig and nanofig model of the super star destroyer. So would IT fit in your
room? Yeah, maybe... if you've got a nice sized room, and you moved out all the
rest of the furniture...

(Is it just me or are SW scales just plain dumb? I mean a 5 mile long starship?
Why? A 100 mile diameter battlestation? The super laser doesn't need THAT much
of a surrounding platform. It's got more than a hundred million square miles of
floorspace in it! WHO NEEDS ALL THAT? Just think how much that would cost if it
was all nice hardwood flooring... "190 planets' rain forests died in the making
of the hardwood flooring of this Death Star"... Just my random rant-- I love
Star Wars, but Star Trek makes just a whole lot more practical sense about
certain things)
