Re: glue LED bulb to brick

(...) Try epoxy resin. It is a 2-part glue found at almoast any hardware store. It should do the trick. Most LEDs are slightly tapered. Are you using a T 1 3/4" (5mm), or a T1 (3mm) LED? Have you tried drilling a hole slighly smaller than the LED, (...) (20 years ago, 13-Jun-06, to lugnet.build)

What glue will hold a LED bulb to a hole drilled in a brick? ABS glue from Ace Hardware does not stick to the bulb. (20 years ago, 13-Jun-06, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Burtonmobile

(...) Indeed. Alot of people have complained that many newer bricks are too specialized. Personally, I'm really enjoying the variety of slopes and wedges LEGO has seen fit to produce in the last few years. The new USC Batmobile certainly benefits (...)   Re: Burtonmobile

Great work Joel! I'm amazed how much detail you managed to put in at such a small scale. Some of the "newer" parts available now obviously helped a lot. The '89 Burton is also my favorite Batmobile. I did build one out of Lego right away after I saw (...) (20 years ago, 27-Apr-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Burtonmobile

(...) Great work on what is easily my favourite batmobile. You've really made a sleek version in a relatively small scale. Does the cockpit actually slide or does it need to be removed first? If it does slide then you get even more points for that. (...) (20 years ago, 25-Apr-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)
