Finally getting around to posting this on Lugnet:

Nickle Aviation - Flying like a brick since 1997
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=141536

All sorts of town-themed flying vehicles. From airships to helicopters to autogyros to experimental machines and all kinds of airplanes from stunt to military to passenger to cargo.

Realistic* styles from 1910’s-2050’s and even some wacky, made-up and anime designs.

*= all my designs must conform to these rules that I set for myself:
  1. Must be completely buildable (if not in the came colors as designed)
  2. Must be able to be “played with” when built and not be fragile
  3. Minifigs must be able to be loaded or unloaded without any significant disassembly or modification
  4. Must be built with landing gear in “down” position (if applicable)
  5. Must be within the aircraft scale from the Town series from 1982-2005

-and-

Nickle Heavy Industries

Where my non-aircraft designs go: Buildings, cars, trucks, train-related, boat-related, engines, etc.

I appreciate any feedback and all designs are also for sale (electronic or printed form). I’ve also had people challenge me to make Lego versions of specific planes.

-Ash
