Great work on what is easily my favourite batmobile. You’ve really made a
sleek version in a relatively small scale. Does the cockpit actually slide or
does it need to be removed first? If it does slide then you get even more
points for that.

The canopy slides. Its fastened on using a technic rod and moves forward 3
studs, making it relatively easy to put a minifig (including Batman) in the
cockpit. It does not have to be removed. I suppose I should have mentioned
that in my initial post.
