This is Where I Build

The living room floor currently. My work space was the dining
room table, but the Gator head (http://www.brickbox.com/gatorhead.html)
is still on the table and has not moved as of yet.

My building area is made from:

Four chairs, a dining room table :), and the dining room itself (not
like we actually eat in there.. :)

The total area of my building area is:

About the size of the Gator head. :) If you look at the living room
and where the carpet is (my current workspace), it's about 10 feet by
6 feet.

Total number of bricks at arms length:

Both rooms:
Whatever containers I bring up. To give you some background: in the dining
room, I have large plastic drawers stacked up and most of my bricks are
currently sorted by colour (yes, I realised other than for bricks and plates,
this isn't the bad of ideas).

So, I have some sections of small drawers where the parts are separated by
type (like the 1 x 2 plates with one stud, the 1 x 1 plates with a vertical
clip, etc).

I have to individually move everything.

Neatest thing about my building area:

Living Room:
The dog (wiener dog) comes up and tries to help me build. :) Also,
TV/DVD/VCR are in perfect view.

Also, when my fiance is in town, he's usually in the same room.

Dining room:
Table has chairs to work on

Worst thing about my building area:

Living room: No chair :( LEGOs not within reach.
Dining room: way too small.

A picture of my building area:

The dining room table is here:

The living room isn't that exciting. :)

Extra Notes:

We're looking to buy a house, so hopefully, I can design my
own personal workspace.

This is Where I Build (Quasi Roll Call)

I did some searches and couldn't really find anything of this type having been previously done on LUGNET, so here goes: We've all seen the existing roll call forms. There are those for generic LEGO fans, for space fans, castle etc. Here's one with a (...) (22 years ago, 20-Nov-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)
