Entry #4 is finally finished. Unlike the rest, #4 does not use a clear visor as a complement for LDraw's New styled helmets. I've been wanting to try out Lugnet's "Build Your Own Pages" feature for a while now, but didn't get around to it until today. Someone posted a ship design a couple months ago that was set up just like mine, but used a single 1/4 saucer on each side of the ship. I don't remember who posted it, tho. (...) Cool! Another crfat using the saucer sections on the sides. I like the way the computer/controls are attached with a battle droid arm here: (URL) What type of system do the lower front saucers slide up and out on? it looks kind of like the new click (...) Ok, here's my entry for Category 9 - Mobile Laboratories. (URL) model would fit in with the later years of classic space with the part selection and the gray/trans-dark green color scheme. (...) Grey printed beards are a little older, the Wild West sets have a head with a grey beard (see (URL) ). I think this was also used in some Pirate sets. Hehe, I personaly like the battle droid "figs" but the legs would be ALOT beter if they wern't attached together... Now the alien figs, that's another story, LEGO could have done better. All the 2x1s came from Michael Hader, some via ebay and some via his Box O' Bricks at Dan Jezek's Brickbay. The Fabuland figures and (...) I can't imagine that this hasn't been discussed, but I don't see anything on it. Now that the battle droid bodies are being used for the martians, I expect that they are here to stay. Amidst all the train pictures from PNLTC's G2K event this summer, I saw an amazing 6 sided 6 story yellow concaved wall building. It blew me away. I had never seen bricks used this way.
