[I shoulda trimmed .publish and .build.mecha, and XFUT to .cad, but I didn't. Oh, well] (...) I've tried just about every option, both for Windows file-type association, and the MIME-type association. At various times, I've used LDLite, LDraw, (...) I had them set to l3lab for a while; l3lab didn't come up as quickly as it pops up dialog boxes if it hits any errors in the file which slows down the action. hmmm, I wish I had read further before I replied to Stephen's post a few minutes earlier. I think that an isometric grid would not work too well without some distortion. Just when I think I'm getting really good at making models, you come along and destory my ego :) I really do like the new layout and of the course the models. I'll be going it in depth later tonight.
