The LEGO Group in Billund held a challenge to select a designer to go to BrickFest - Five designers took the challenge, which was simple: Build a moonbase module according to the standards set by the Space Community, and seen at this (...) Ralph, Very nice indeed, and an interesting camo scheme too! It is always interesting to see how different builders approach modeling the same thing in their own way. Very nice! Great job with the colour scheme, landing gears and nose. You can also call that IAF scheme and put weapons on it. My only suggestion is this part in new dark gray is perfect for the engine exhaust: (URL) (18 years ago, 23-Jul-06, to lugnet.build.military)

I usually don't post vignettes here, but I figured this one was worth presenting even on Lugnet. :-D This is my 50th vignette, and I chose to have it celebrate Pioneer Day, a Utah holiday celebrating the arrival of Mormon settlers in 1847 (even (...)
