  Re: school mosaic project

(...) I actually would do it in bricks instead of plates, and I would use lime green, medium blue and regular blue... great way to get rid of lime green imo. When I build a mosaic, studs out, I overlap bricks on the seems of the baseplates and I (...) (18 years ago, 12-May-06, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

In lugnet.space, Travis Cobbs wrote: snip (...) Really cool! The background and foreground elements really make this scene work. What's really neat is how the transparency is seen through the windshield. Nice work - and I'm a wall-eye! Joe (18 years ago, 11-May-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Lego Purist Gundam Pictures?

Does anyone have the pictures of the Lego Purist site's Gundam made by Randall E. Barker? The site is now MIA and I'd love to have those pictures. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? (18 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

These are really cool. Lots of fun (...) Without my glasses I basically see in parallel. So these come very easy to me. One thing I've noticed, the small amount of white space between the photos makes the stereogram clearer (but requires more (...)   Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

(...) LDView gives you the option of "Cross-eyed" viewing or "Parallel" viewing. The former (which is default) appears to be what you used, and is somewhat self-explanatory: to view the images in 3D, cross your eyes so that your right eye is focused (...)   Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

(...) Hey Tim, Looks great! I'm not completely clear on what you were trying to accomplish - but it looks like you were able to do it. I've tried the steriogram, and it's quite impressive. (...) Yeah - I think that would be cool, but I wouldn't know exactly how to do it. (...) Do be honest, that was just a coincidence - I just knew that that vig was somewhat popular, so I decided to make a stereogram of it. Ley, I like yours - I saw (...)   Harry Vig no. 4

Hi again. This one's a bit of a larger vignette, or rather two vignettes joined by a bit of snot-road. I can't help feeling it could use a bit more detailing, but decided it would be extraneous to the gag and kept it fairly minimal. Anyway, please (...)
