  Some new stuff...

Hey y'all, I've been pretty much caught-up in a frenzy of various things going-on in my life, so...hence the absence since July or August (not that anyone noticed...*sniffle*...the curse of being a former lurker). Anyway, I've got a swarm of new (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Re: First Mosaic - Joker

(...) I used the web mosaic maker to create the basic image ((URL) although, after it generated the image, I cleaned it up a great amount. After it was cleaned up, I switched between photoshop, and ldraw while I drew all the pieces in ldraw. I spent (...) (20 years ago, 2-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

Nice job! Very eye-catching. Pretty huge for a first try. (and I like seeing my Santa in the back) :) Corey (20 years ago, 1-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

Re: I know what I'll build!

(...) I'd say dark bley would resemble the lines best, or maybe regular dark grey. Good luck with this project, I look forward to seeing it done! -Matthew Sklar (20 years ago, 1-Jan-05, to lugnet.build)

  I know what I'll build!

I was just looking at the "dots" of the monster thread of "Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)" and I think I'll build it in LEGO® elements! (URL) probably turn it on it's side though for stability and to easily add to it should it need (...) (20 years ago, 1-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.build, lugnet.fun)

  Re: 3D-puzzle: the Sphere

(...) I tried to build each piece of the puzzle as straightforward as possible. The 3x3 plate without corner was not in the first (MLCad) version. I wanted something to stick out slightly (to come closer to the shape of a sphere), without using an (...) (20 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: 3D-puzzle: the Sphere

(...) Pretty Cool! Thanks for sharing. Also, your site is one of the top referrers to LDraw.org. Thanks for the traffic. -Orion (20 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: 3D-puzzle: the Sphere

(...) Neat stuff. I am a fan of the door rail part as I think it is quite versatile. It is an interesting compromise you made, using that part and the 3x3 plate with corner cut off but otherwise restricting yourself to non rounded, non sloped, full (...) I love it! The design and colors are perfect, and the build looks great. I'd love to see pics of it when it's on the wall. -Elroy (20 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

  First Mosaic - Joker

I first saw a Lego mosaic during the master builder tryouts about a year ago (no, I wasn't a finalist), and thought it was pretty cool. I had the simple idea then to make an ace of spades mosaic, but I never really got around to it. Then in early (...) (20 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

  3D-puzzle: the Sphere

Hi all, 1) In April I designed a LEGO-version of the wooden puzzle-cube (in MLCad). (URL) 2) In May it was followed by the spherical version of that very same puzzle (also in MLCad).
