You don't like tan!?!?!? :^) I don't know, tan as color outside LEGO should definately be left to khakis and leather! I think it is crudy color too. yeah, i think im going to redo the shoulders and arms, i was just in a hurry to finish the mech and i just kinda threw the arms together so they are kind of weak. Just finished some renders of Bryce Rollins' SH-60. Coloration may be off from his z-renders but it's pretty close. All of Bryce's models are great, but I thought he really captured the feeling and flair of the SH-60 Seahawk. Anyway have a look: (...) Yeah, i do tend to build my mechs larger than scale I.E. Atlas, but i build them so they look right, anfd i try to scale the mechs to eachother, so a commando isn't taller than a zeus... dude, the Warhawk is too da** cool! I think you've got the Mechwarrior feel down pat. Some of the joints look a little small (shoulder) Mechy bits at ankles, hips, and knees are beautiful. Bravo. I think this dude came from the 3 vs. 3 soccer set because I have this guy in my town but I don't buy that many soccer sets unless it's on sale and the 3 vs. 3 set was the only new soccer set I got. I recently nabbed a bunch of the translucent (and pearlescent) Lego Pen Beads from BrickLink and at Tom Stangl's suggestion are using them to snazz up the lamps that I have scattered about the gardens of Brickenbloom* and Brickmond (RichLUG's (...) (...) Thanks for the kind words. I did think about using tan baseplates. I've got several of the 16x32 baseplates in tan plus one of the 32x32 with the dirt road. Can anyone identify this figure? I'm guessing he's some kind of sports player, probally soccer. He has a number 11 on front and back and they are printed, no stickers.
