Mega Bloks IPO —Erik Olson
I just read on the Bloomberg news wire that Mega Bloks, Inc. will IPO and list its stock as "MB" on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The underwriters are Merrill Lynch, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and National Bank of Canada. This is big news (...) 		(...) Hi, A "red herring" is the US term. Since it was made in Canada it might not be a red herring. It's a colorful name for the first public document describing the company's offering of securities. US law requires a big RED INK disclaimer on the (...) 		Wow, there is some juicy information in the prospectus (80 pages) about the company and the construction toy "industry". Mega Bloks Inc is the new official name of the company since last Tuesday.
