Also of note is that sets 5903 and 5904 have dual set numbers. On the instructions 5903 also says 1178 and 5904 also says 1180. Both, IMO, are great little sets. (25 years ago, 23-Apr-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

(...) If ya look close at the pterodactyl, you can make out what I think is a 1x1 round yellow plate. No clue as to what these are for, seeing as how its feet stick out behind it. The pteradactyls (sp...=)) Could carry minifigs under them, sort of like a hangglider, i was thinking. How cool would it be to see a flight dark knights swoop down, each carried by a pteradactyl?
