The Triceratops has a detachable upper head (hinged like the crocodiles and
dragons). The tail segment also comes out; they reused the crocodile/dragon tail
for the Stegosaurus but the T-Rex and Triceratops use a new segment. The
Stegosaurus tail doesn't hold position very well as a result, though.
The upper and lower bodies are not readily detachable from one another, a shame
really--two tone grey would be better as would brown/orange.
