Silberpfeil The March racer is inspired by the Mercedes and Auto Union racers that dominated European racing in the late thirties. At first they were white, the official German racing color, but soon these duralminium racers were left unpainted to (...) Thanks for the info guys. I am on a break at work right now so I will get the details later. However, that is what I like about realistic MOCs, the details. I never appreciated how challenging Lindbergh's flight was until I saw a screenshot of the (...) (21 years ago, 2-Feb-04, to lugnet.adventurers)

Hi Christian This is a really well put together MOC. I love the external details for the instruments and the use of rubber bands (LEGO rubber bands of course!). By the way, what is a pitot tube?
