while good, this still doesn't solve the general problem of spam off lugnet.
How about hiding posting email addresses on messages posted, except for
members? Just have it say "From: Dan_Boger@luget.com" or just "From:
lugnet.admin.general@lugnet.com"? Then if a member abuses it, it'll be a lot
easier to block him...
Makes sense?

| (...) then all the mail spammers send would be going directly to lugnet, something i don't think any of us want (especially the sysadmins!). spammers generally don't handpick e-mail addresses, they usually harvest them from the web or newsgroups or (...) (24 years ago, 26-May-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
