I don't see much point in trying to stick to TLG's hierarchy. Not only
would it involve kludges to resolve past inconsistencies/changes, you would
be faced with the prospect of having to _move_ an existing category next time
TLG decides to reorganize their scheme.
Call Space "Space" and let it go as that. Your "third option" makes the most
sense to me. It would be entirely appropriate to have a chart, essay, etc.
elsewhere on how TLG actually organizes systems/ themes/etc., but I don't
think it's very relevant to day-to-day navigation of Lugnet.
Also, I am in favor of keeping the two lists split. Mixing "Space" with
"Administrative" in the same list doesn't make much sense to me.
