There are two ways to do this. One is completely subjective with
broad categories like "space" "Town" "Trains" "Technic" etc and
specific sub-themes below them, the other way is strict fact-based,
with no assumptions. only If it has the system logo on the box then
that theme is a part of system. If it said LEGOLAND on the box and in
the catalog it said "enviro-models" then the hierarchy would be
LEGO->LEGOLAND->Enviro-models.
