I noticed that the email addresses showing on posts are now spam-blocked. My first reaction was "thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU", but then I noticed the spam-block part was on the left side of the '@', i.e. not part of the domain name. This is a (...) It's normal in that the robotics group is shared with an external mailing list, and people on mailing lists sometimes forget to suspend their subscription to the list while away on holidays. Don't know if this always works, but it seems fairly reproducible to me: once you can't zoom any further, if you click on a country and move your mouse off that country (eg: to a neighbouring one) before the page updates, one of them will be (...) (...) BTW, I definitely know for-sure how to do this now in SVG. It's pretty easy using <a xlink:href></a> tagging. If you go to the map maker tool at the original URL, it now tells you three things below the map: (1) HTML code if you want to embed the map on an off-site web page; (2) the raw URL of the (...) Win2K doesn't allow you to manually edit the MIME-types through the interface, and I forget how to do it in the registry. So, I try (...) The files I downloaded are gnv029.zip (world city population database) and gnv019.zip (world coastline data) if that helps. The map data is given in a horribly designed (...)
