Re: "I done it again..." - Sir Robin, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Re: "It's not my fault!")

(...) Yeah, actually, I DID preview these, but only edited the second pair before posting...but I do that often enough without it posting twice, and these messages had the same content in each pair, not the original and edited versions... Matt (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: "I done it again..." - Sir Robin, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Re: "It's not my fault!")

(...) trying to find this in the logs, I can clearly see multiple POST requests from the webserver from you. This, on it's own, doesn't mean much. Do you "preview" before you post? did you change anything in those messages, and then repost? LMK Dan (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

"I done it again..." - Sir Robin, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Re: "It's not my fault!")

Problem with change of email address and server authentication

Vendettas (was Re: The Care and Feedng of Your Trademark (Was: Community Policing...)

(...) I'd argue that this is an admin issue if it belongs anywhere on LUGNET(tm) at all. (which I doubt, at this point, that it does) It's a stretch to see how this fits the lugnet.people charter: lugnet.people– All about LEGO® people (enthusiasts, (...)   followups in Outlook

With everyone keen on keeping the right post in the right place (which I'm all for) I'll have to admit to getting a bit lost. Is there any way in Outlook to set a followup to a specific group? I can XPost fine but not set a followup Outlook (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Community Policing is a Good Thing(TM) (Was: Re: Do you think there is a market)

Analogous to another relatively recent admin.general discussion, if you don't reply publicly to the effect, no one knows you did what you did, and we are left to assume that the issue is left unchecked.
