  The front page hates German

Hi Rene, The highlights list on the front page seems to hate German (or at least umlauts) and has replaced the umlauted ö in the "Steamship Möwe" with a ? making it "M?we" Tim (18 years ago, 6-Mar-07, to lugnet.admin.general, FTX)

(...) Nothing so dramatic; and I've seen (URL) Rene's recent post>, so that's settled. By "core issue" I was referring to a perception of potential future admin malfeasance.   Re: Technic sidebar thingie

(...) So, you'd like to see a public reprimand from Rene, and/or a public apology from Ross? I think at this point, it's clear that: - What Ross did was not acceptable (in my book certainly, and I assume in Rene's as well). - There was (...) (18 years ago, 20-Feb-07, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Small issue with homepage & Firefox

Re: Small issue with homepage & Firefox

(...) Because (in FF) the size of the link reduces when you mouse over, it creates a very strange effect when the mouse is near the border between 2 adjacent links - it alternates between one link and the other. ROSCO (18 years ago, 20-Feb-07, to lugnet.admin.general, FTX)

Re: Small issue with homepage & Firefox

(...) That was fast, just got a screenshot via email. IE7 does show them, that's good for now. Well, should I make the change to a more clear source code? -Rene (18 years ago, 20-Feb-07, to lugnet.admin.general, FTX)
