Re: No authentication posts, no posts from the newsreader?

(...) Hi Willy, I am so sorry - apparently we had a severe problem in the mail system that went unnoticed (I really was knee-deep in a number of issues and did not suspect anything to be wrong, let alone the warning system to actually misinterpret (...)   Re: Coolest LEGO Experience?

(...) I think it's something about how Steve posts.... His posts all do that, and they break threading too. I suspect maybe he's posting via email and using a damaged mail client. I think if you look at it in raw mode it will wrap though. Todd (...) (22 years ago, 7-Dec-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.people, lugnet.admin.general)

Below are the headers for a message that I recieved via the news->mail gateway at lugnet.   Re: Lego Loco Multi-Player Sessions

(...) Sure -- especially since it would be very useful in news-by-mail (e.g. mailing-list) form. Just need to think of a name...something extensible and forward-consistent with other possible things of this type. Maybe something under a new (...)   A pair of unrelated questions

Todd, I love Lugnet; my membership dues are in the mail. Firstly, why is there a MindStorms groups as well as a Robotics group? Not that I'm complaining, it just seems redundant to me. Second, where would be a good place for discussion of (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
