like that - I would have done something right away.
Just now I double checked my e-mail accounts, including junk-mailboxes, and see
only one message which came to me yesterday via my baseplate.com account. I'm
sorry that I hadn't read it yet. I don't understand how it's possible that that
would be the only message I received, but I don't have the technical ability to
check into it further myself. I will have a friend look into it tomorrow.
Apparently Todd turned on your posting abilities. I'm glad for that, but
disgusted if he ignored your e-mail. He owes you a huge apology.
I don't have access to the LUGNET PayPal account, so I can't look up your
payment or refund you. Todd is responsible for that. I will call him in the
morning at work.
All I can say is: I am extremely sorry, and things here can only get better..

| This is an absolute terrible way to come out of lurk mode, so first, I'll apologise if this is in any way appropriate. I've tried private emails, but haven't received any replies. I've been a regular reader of Lugnet for many, many years. Just this (...) (19 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.admin.general)
