  Parts Wanted

Please see (URL) for the parts I need. Note I still need 500 or so 2x2 45 deg black slopes. I have all the other roof-type bricks (except the corner bricks) from many 5216 Black Roof Brick Packs available to trade for them. I will ONLY trade these (...) (...) That *is* scary. What's even scarier is that it counted for something. My life tends to work like the Dilbert cartoon: He doesn't get paid for the time he spends in the shower designing circuit boards in his head, but he does gets paid for the (...)   Missing parts - do they exist?

I'm trying to find out if a part actually exists - if so, in what set can I find it in? or is anyone willing to sell/trade? The M10000 model that I did uses the white 1x5x3-1/3 Smooth-Round Half-Arch Bricks to obtain the stream-lined look to the (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.trains)

  An observation on 4561

While Examining the Dutch Catalog scans, I noticed something about the new Train, 4561. There is an inset that shows one train car open, and I think it is connected using 1x1 Technic beams so it can swing up like in the picture. Unfortunatly, it (...) (26 years ago, 21-Jan-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: My proposal for new element orientation

That won't work all the time. In the L3G0 library, the rule was the vertical axis should pass through the center of the bottom-left stud when the brick is held such that the "LEGO" logo is right-side-up, and the bottom of the brick rested on the (...) (26 years ago, 26-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Dear Lego: I've been developing a greater and greater dislike of (or even contempt for) current business practices at TLG. (...) Yes. It may be a regionalism. I only heard them called 'eavestroughs' when I was growing up. I don't think TLG makes a decent part for the job.   Those "new" Ziploc Storage Containers

Anybody have an opinion on those new Ziploc storage containers? They come 5 to a pack for about $3.00 (around here) and are almost transparent with a translucent blue lid. The ones I bought were about sandwich-sized (a little taller). They stack (...) (26 years ago, 21-Jan-99, to lugnet.storage)
