An observation on 4561

While Examining the Dutch Catalog scans, I noticed something about the new
Train, 4561. There is an inset that shows one train car open, and I think it
is connected using 1x1 Technic beams so it can swing up like in the picture.
Unfortunatly, it appears to use the new 4x4 Bricks that are sloped on one
side on that section of the car. :(
Any Thoughts?
