Re: Is S@H the best place to get an infusion of Gray Bricks?

(...) Definately service packs. I've picked up ~200 of them over the last year, and have used all but a few hundred (maybe as many as a thousand - hard to say) another good source is (predicatably enough) various castle sets. These are good for the (...) (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.service)

Is S@H the best place to get an infusion of Gray Bricks?

I have been trying to increase my Gray Brick count for a while now and while I have had a little luck is a couple of auctions I just have not been able to increase my Gray Brick count very quickly. I have been considering buying a bunch of the Gray (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.service)

Help wanted with old UK catalogue [long and contains most text/in fo from it.]

I'm looking for some information on a catalogue I acquired yesterday in a bunch of mixed parts from the 50's (?) to possibly the 80's. [Includes CA bricks, I think] The main information I'm after is what year the catalogue was issued for, and what (...) (24 years ago, 3-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.general)

  Re: First Mosaic - Joker

(...) Don't start glueing yet. You may have seen how my (URL) 42 mosaic> is hung. My mosaic is really hanging (it doesn't fall apart thanks to the frame), so I can easily lift it off the "hooks" and take it with me. If you have no intention at all (...)   Lego Planet

I was interested in what would happen if somebody tried to make a full-sized replica of Earth from a solid sphere of 2x4 Lego bricks. My findings were that it would take approximately 2.5x10^26 (a quarter of an octillion) bricks, costing about (...) (24 years ago, 4-May-01, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Interesting Castle on Ebay

This is all starting to sound like a conspiracy theory... Someone already posted info from the seller that the bricks don't have Lego molded onto the studs (or Dula for that matter), they freely gave up this info indicating an ignorance of Lego. I (...)   The (very) poor man's 10020 carriage

Here is a quick add on carriage for my 10020. It was made so that my Super Chief would have something to pull around, as it looks a bit lonely by itself. It is nowhere near as elaborate as a lot of the 'B' unit and others that are, but my wife (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains)
