(...) Brake a brick! Someday I hope to do a world trip if I can find AFOL's on the right places, that would be awesome! Not that I don't envy Eric on his trip... (21 years ago, 26-Sep-03, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon, FTX)

(...) Well, the tour survived its stop at the Brickfrenzy Design studios here in Cleveland. In tow towards BrickCon is now my map mosaic (boy, I sure hope that the frame will be built) the Nebuchadnezzar, and the Dark Side Moonbase Module. So even (...) Well, Eric just left here about a half hour ago - headed out to Chris Maddison's house in Ottumwa, IA. (URL) We had a lot of fun -- last night Eric visited the First LEGO League team I'm working with and showed a couple of his smaller mecha. Then we (...) (...) Eric, you've inspired me--I'm road-tripping up there myself--I just got the details worked out today. I plan on leaving Wednesday afternoon, since for me, it's a mere 1100 miles up the coast! Woo-hoo! And since I'm going on my motorcycle, I (...) (21 years ago, 30-Sep-03, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon, FTX)

When a big name like Eric Sophie comes for a visit, you've got to show him a warm welcome. And nothing says welcome more than packing him, your wife, 2 cats, the dog, and yourself into the car for a vet visit. Many thanks for the extra hands, Eric. (...)   Re: Steam Drivers by Big Ben Bricks!!!

(...) I think a "set" would be the minimum amount, say 4. If I were Ben, I'd charge $14 for a set of 4, or $24 for a set of 8. But your points are well taken: true LTDs (LEGO Train Dudes) would purchase multiple sets in various colors:-) JOHN (21 years ago, 10-Nov-03, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

I've a lot of bricks of the beginning of 80's. All brick are with cross on the botton instead of the circle.
