Re: Building equality one female minifig at a time.

(...) Surely we fans have lamented about this before, but like all classic topics, it is worthy of bringing up again every now and then so newer members of the community can share their thoughts. I also feel you presented yourself well, and the (...) (17 years ago, 1-Jul-07, to lugnet.dear-lego, FTX)

  The formation of Scot LUG

Hello all. For a while now I have wanted to attend a lego event. But even with Brickish all of the big events (minus ScotFest which I need to catch one day) are all in england. And I have no way of getting down there. So I have created a new LUG (...) (17 years ago, 29-May-07, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Orangetron micro capital spaceship

(...) I agree with Richie - it needs a bit more - less studs, and/or more greebs. However, I really like the color scheme. It's not busy, and they all complement each other. The three-colour rule, like the Pirate's Code, is more like a guideline. (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

(...) The GMLTC isn't big on tooting our own horn. Heck, our website probably hasn't been updated in a year or more. Conan and Chuck's collection is probably between 2.5 million and 3 million bricks. Obviously we don't have an exact count, but we've (...) (17 years ago, 28-Jun-07, to lugnet.events.brickworld, lugnet.general, FTX)

Hey all, I am in need of a large quantity of tan baseplates but rather than spend my entire next paycheck on bricklink I’m hoping I might be able to work out a trade for most of what I need. (...) Easiest place to look is BrickLink, which has a lot of the weight data: (URL) to them: Weight Brick 2x6x2 = 53.3 grams 2x4 Brick = 2.32 grams Of course, as I recall BrickLink weights were slightly on the high side-- not sure how that affects (...)
