Easiest place to look is BrickLink, which has a lot of the weight data:

According to them:
Weight Brick 2x6x2 = 53.3 grams
2x4 Brick = 2.32 grams

Of course, as I recall BrickLink weights were slightly on the high side-- not
sure how that affects things though... But I'd start with the rough guess that 1
weight brick = 23 2x4 bricks...
