  Re: Clones & Tente

(...) Really? Somewhere, I have a tente "astronaut". He's in little yellow body armour, head/helmet and torso one piece, arms one piece each, and legs one piece. His feet have four of the thin Tente prongs that fit inside the holes on top off the (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Proposal for Revised Memorial

(...) I'd agree with you, except that TLG ships composite elements which also come apart, such as minifig torso/arms/hands/head assemblies (not that I think L- CAD is going to start releasing shortcut files like those particular TLG elements). I (...) (26 years ago, 10-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Torso number was Forestman Torso was Voting Page

(...) So waittaminut. I read you writing that 9326 *was* a number for the composite torso-with-arms-and-hands, but is not any longer used for that purpose. The 9xxx numbers were an earlier composite range. New parts are made with 5-digit numbers. So (...) (25 years ago, 13-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Darth Vader or Spaceballs?

(...) This brings up a question I had nagging me. This may be obvious to everyone else, so bear with me. In looking at the pictures from the Lego site, it seems that the Darth Vader and Scout Trooper heads are one piece. ie they are not just a (...) (26 years ago, 4-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Darth Vader or Spaceballs?

(...) No, it appears that the helmets are separate, and there are regular-shaped minifigs heads lurking behind the masks. In the 1999 in-box catalog, there is a picture (on page 9) where a snow trooper's helmet is slightly askew, and a band of (...) (26 years ago, 4-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

I obtained a LEGO collection today and not being a castle person, have decided to make several sets available for sale or trade. These sets are in very good conditon but have been played with. Boxes and original instructions are included. 1906 (...) (26 years ago, 7-Feb-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Set Inventories - Multi-piece Parts

[I'm posting to lugnet.admin.database, because I didn't want to clutter lugnet.db.inv with discussion posts] How do most people handle parts with multiple pieces when inventorying sets?   Re: Darth Maul Minifig

I agree with Steve. The Darth Maul minifig couldn't be cooler. But Darth Maul is still a cool villain. The Sith Infiltrator is an ugly set, but what can you do? Rebuild it yourself according to a more accurate design! (25 years ago, 18-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Rancor

Is it just my imagination or is the rock creature in the Rock Raiders set #4959, a suitable replacement for a Rancor monster.
