  Re: Track Geometry

(...) There is no perfect solution because the square root of 2 is not a rational number. HOWEVER there are some that are quite close.. within a stud or two both horizontally and vertically) Try this (using track designer which you can get using (...)   Re: Improved Pick-A-Brick packing

(...) I guess in an ideal world I want to buy small parts by volume and large ones by weight, then. :-) (ideal for us I mean) But if you only get 100 2x4s for 13 USD, that's 13 cents a brick. That's way over my threshold for 2x4s, a common part, (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shopping)

A "good enough" mockup should not be too hard... ... start with Ben's!!! but the bending in the rear of the ribs will take some care to model accurately. personally I'd vote for seeing if Ben can release his CAD files (assuming he designed (...)   1920 Electric

(...) Na... Steam is pretty old hat. Clearly what's needed are good electric locos. This *isn't* a good one,the body is (by *far*) not my best work but I wanted to show off a little articulation in the frame. So the NEED for good electric locos is (...)
