Robert, There is a MUCH better set for the tiles! The current 9V Level Crossing set, #4532, which is only $24 from Shop@Home. It has eight 1x8 tiles in white AND eight in gray. In addition, it has 4 of the large super low slopes in Gray, a gray 7 (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)

  Model Team Chopper

I am looking to buy 4 of the Model Team Choppers (Black Thunder) and Toy's R Us is out of them. I could buy them from Shop@Home, but I was wondering if anybody knew where I could get them for less than $44 each. They are not on eToys. It doesn't (...)   GMLTC Modules

Has anyone ever tried to make one of those train modules they use in the GMLTC? I am starting one and it is taking A LOT of bricks and also a lot of time. I cannon really imagine having 8, let alone Conan's 16. I was hoping to have it done before (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jul-99, to lugnet.trains)

John, Well, as I *am* running a train inside the module, I have to make it the full 20 bricks high. This thing is taking FOREVER and my mounds of 2x4s are quickly disappearing. I am hoping to (eventually) make 4 modules. I think I will need some (...) (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.trains.org)
