| What uses have you put LEGO to that are for practical reasons? Let me give some examples to illustrate: 1. Eric McCarthy's napkin holder made of LEGO 2. I use 2x4 bricks as leveling shims for furniture in areas where the floor is not entirely flat (...) (19 years ago, 3-Oct-05, to lugnet.general)

| Just like many AFOL's/ALE's, USA Lego went thru the dark ages. Interestingly enough, it was around the same time I went thru my own dark ages. The years were the 1970's. In the beginning of the 1970's USA Lego sales were licensed to the Samsonite (...) (19 years ago, 30-May-05, to lugnet.general) !!

| John, Melissa, & Mark, Good points on pricing, all of them. But I stand by the US$29.99 pricing for LEGO Sculptor, as I think it gives LEGO plenty of room for profit.
