Re: "2001: A Lego Odyssey" - A New Lego Movie!

(...) Actually, I've already decided on my next project, although it could be a while before it's done (script is finished, though). The working title is "Good Will Skeleton".   Re: What's your LEGO Specialty?

Great topic! My Lego specialty would be classic Space first. I owned every space set available where I lived in 1978-1980 and gave them to the younger brother of a girlfriend when I was in college (I definitely was not thinking with the correct (...) (25 years ago, 28-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: New Poll: Why do you buy LEGO?

(...) Some other reasons I have bought LEGO: - to see how LEGO tackled a design problem - to acquire parts for trade - to collect the set - because the set is beautiful - because the price was too cheap to pass up - to acquire more tubs for storage (...)   LEGO compass

My son and I have built a smart but reliable LEGO compass made only with LEGO parts, a little piece of paper and 4 thin threads. Have a look at it: (URL) (This is the main page of the Robobull-team from Luxembourg, most of you know already). (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.robotics) !

(...) Excellent detailing throughout! You also made very good use of the rock-patterned wall panels- just enough to add some variation but not overwhelming.
