Is this an official outlet store, run by Lego?  Or just a discount toy store
specializing in Lego?

You can *get* LEGO signage if you're a retailer. European toy shops all
feature it prominently. Doesn't mean you're LEGO owned. However...

If official Lego, I'm confused as to why it would have a name like "bricks
and blocks".

Maybe this is branding on LEGO's part to avoid dilution of something else or
to avoid stepping on someone's toes elsewhere in the org? I plan to check it
out next time I an in Deetwa long enough to go international.

Windsor. City of sin(1) and bricks. Has a nice ring to it Cool.

1 - had casinos first, drinking age is still 19 (Jenna should move there!)
and well, let us say that certain of the other clubs are a bit more, well...
I just won't reveal what they are a bit more of.
