  Re: 8860 Scissors lift

(...) I recently needed a compact rotary->linear motion converter and tried the electric piston referenced above. It works great for small loads, but if you try to apply any force the bushings slide on the axels. So I modified the design slightly. I (...) (23 years ago, 21-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Dual Coaxial power jacks?

I am new to the Handy board and Mine is in the starting phases of construction. I would like to ask the more experienced roboticist. 1. Why is there a power jack on both the Handy board and the charger? does the Interface need power? and if there is (...) (26 years ago, 20-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Upgrading CyberMaster ideas

(...) I'd guess you could simply remove or disconnect them and make a jack connector point for regular 9V gear motors. This to me sounds easier than wholesale mutilation. BTW, Hi, I'm Dan'l, new on the list. Probably won't have my RCX for quite a (...) (26 years ago, 12-Nov-98, to lugnet.robotics)

Steven and Rogers just make sure that when you use the jack on the RCX use an adapter that LEGO makes like the one that comes with the train controller. This one is also designed for the RCX. A while back this information was posted on lugnet. Do a (...) (25 years ago, 21-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  External power source connector
