| | MPD file for Technic #8842
| In this post (URL) you can find the mpd file describing the #8842 Technic set of the 80s. I decide to remake the model after I read the post in The NXT Step: (URL) which explains some methods to unstuck parts. In a commentary the #8842 is mentioned (...) | | Re: reply framing in firmdl3/rcx_comm.c
| --- From: Kekoa Proudfoot [via Pat LaVarre] ... About message framing, I would not say that the designers at Lego had something specific in mind for RCX-to-PC messages. Framing for those messages is very ad-hoc. One thing which is very useful is the (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

| Do not under any circumstances choose a set with Ewoks. The Ewok celebration is the anticlimax of Star Wars. A commemorative set should remind us of all that is good about Star Wars and Lego. How about a scene that has not yet been done, with all (...) (17 years ago, 25-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX) !

| (...) Ooh, ooh, ooh! Great idea, only skip the train and the Stormies, and make it a vignette of Bounty Hunter's Row from TESB. And make sure to include the awesome Cloud City Boba Fett, with the arm/lego deco. For how popular these characters are, (...) (17 years ago, 28-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

| (...) I would like to see a UCS Imperial Shuttle (like set 7166) at minifigure scale. Perhaps it could be built around the scene when Han, Luke, Chewy, and Leia are in the Imperial shuttle sneaking in or going to the Death Star. This is one of my (...) | Id suggest that instead of yet another minifig-based set (which you can do any time you want), go for something that you otherwise might not do. The first thing that springs to mind is a sculpture of Darth Vader and Luke dueling with lightsabers, (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)
