Download Forte's Free Agent newsreader. It's completely no-charge for
personal use. The only limitations on Free Agent (vs. Agent, the $30
version of the program) is Free Agent doesn't help you out with
cross-posted messages (so if someone cross-posts to 6 groups, you get to
read the message 6 times), and it doesn't support MIME-encoded postings
(which LUGNET doesn't allow anyway).
It's mostly painless to get started with Free Agent.
