Somewhere in the bowels of the header files within the RCX SDK is a list of "IODEVICE control commands" which does include description of messages required to change baud rate on the USB tower. I am assuming you're not using the LEGO Windows DLL (...) (16 years ago, 30-Apr-08, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Every time I set virtual memory to be managed by me and use a particular partition, the next time windows boots it goes straight back to the default setting where windows tries to use my pretty full c-drive.   to all those who used a vibrator....
 
in the rice robot. As many of you know. a weight that was off set on a motor made a GREAT device to help unclog the jam in a conveyor system in the rice game. heck I loved my vibrator. it was GREAT. well, its been ahwile since i last posted, but i was finally able to get pictures of my newest ship. introducing: her majesty's light frigate Scimitar.
